Muharrem Bircan ve \u0130rfan Bircan adl\u0131 2 o\u011flu ve M\u00fc\u015ferref (Yal\u00e7\u0131n) adl\u0131 bir k\u0131z\u0131 vard\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde 3 \u00e7ocu\u011fu hayatta de\u011fildir. Mehmet Bircan benim de Han\u0131m nenemin erkek karde\u015fidir. Babam\u0131n da Bircan day\u0131s\u0131 olmu\u015f ve benim de Bircan day\u0131md\u0131r. Anne taraf\u0131ndan k\u00f6kenleri Nazilli Hamzall\u0131 k\u00f6y\u00fcne dayan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llarda sayg\u0131n ve olduk\u00e7a zengin, laf\u0131 dinlenir oturakl\u0131 bir adamm\u0131\u015f. Askerlik \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimini Katip Mehmet, At\u0131c\u0131 Mehmet ve Mehmet Bircan Tire B\u00fcy\u00fckkale&#8217;de birlikte okumu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 Mehmetler \u00e7ok iyi anla\u015f\u0131rlarm\u0131\u015f. K\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc okumas\u0131 yazmas\u0131 \u00e7ok da iyiymi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>1940- 50 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda k\u00f6y muhtarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ka\u00e7 d\u00f6nem yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda tam bir bilgi alamad\u0131m. Hacellerden Mehmet Avcu ile \u00e7eki\u015fmeli muhtarl\u0131k se\u00e7imleri ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 anlat\u0131l\u0131r. Bircan Day\u0131m sa\u011fc\u0131, Mehmet Avcu sol partiden. Bir defas\u0131nda Mehmet Bircan bir oy farkla se\u00e7imi kazanm\u0131\u015f, her iki muhtar aday\u0131 da Mehmet oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, o tek oyu verenin kim oldu\u011fu ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ben kavak dibinde evi olan\u0131 verdim deyince oyunu Mehmet Bircan&#8217;a verdi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Benim Bedriye yengemin babas\u0131 Halil \u0130brahim Balc\u0131 emmim ile \u00e7ok iyi anla\u015f\u0131rlarm\u0131\u015f. Birlikte hala anlat\u0131lan an\u0131lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bir g\u00fcn Ayd\u0131n&#8217;da kafay\u0131 \u00e7ekmi\u015fler. Ortaklar&#8217;a gelirlerken trende uyuyup, inmeyi unutmu\u015flar. K\u0131z da o\u011flu Muharrem Bircan&#8217;\u0131n k\u0131z\u0131 olup, torunu Fatma (\u015eim\u015fek)&#8217;dir. Toplumda sevilen bir insand\u0131 Bircan Day\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Ben Bircan Day\u0131m\u0131 en son 78-79&#8217;lu y\u0131llarda \u0130zmir&#8217;e gelmi\u015fler, kar\u0131s\u0131 Hacca yenge ile benim Konak K\u0131z Lisesi yan\u0131ndaki evime gelmi\u015fler, o gece bana misafir olmu\u015flard\u0131. En son o zaman g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm kendisini.<\/p>\n<p>Hacca da gitmi\u015f olan, Hac\u0131 Mehmet Bircan, 13 Temmuz 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda 82 ya\u015f\u0131nda hakk\u0131n rahmetine kavu\u015fmu\u015ftur.
